CARDBOARD CABINETS

Have piles of cardboard package boxes?With a little effort you can turn them into colourful cabinets .

You'll need:
Cardboard boxes
Poster colours
Milk bottle caps
Charms
Pins
Paint each box in the colour of your choice.Mark an appropriate measure for your doors and cut.


Attach the door knobs as shown.To give it an extra thickness add a cardboard piece at the back and fold in the pin carefully to the side.
Your cardboard cabinets are ready to keep your accessories safe.

BOTTLE CAP BUGS

These amazing crafts will give your room a haunted and creepy look.You can even hang them around in your wall.


All you need is:

  • old bottle caps
  • Thick wires
  • Poster colours
Colour the caps in the colour of insects of your choice..
For ladybug colour in dark red and give black spots and details.
For the spider paint in black and add spooky eyes .
Use pliers to cut the wires.Each bug should have 3 pairs.Pierce holes in the cap and attach it to the cap or adjust it in folds inside the cap.

ANGRY BIRDS BRACELET


Have a craze for angry birds?.So,why don't you try this amazing craft?Let your friends be bewitched by you cool wrist band.
You'll  need:
acrylic colours
old bottle caps
jump rings      
band 
colour the inside part of the cap in bright red and white .After it dries,add eyes and details.
Pierce holes in the sides of the cap and insert jump rings. Fold and insert the band in the jump rings and tie in the size of your arm.

BALLOON SLIPPERS

Tie uninflated balloons one by one on to the slipper band.Make sure to use different colours alternatively. 

MOUTH POP UP CARD


Like to share hand made pop up cards?Here is the way to make a mouth pop up card easily.You can turn them into lively monsters,fishes or birds that pop up when you open the card.




YOU'LL NEED:
Card stock
scissors
chart paper
Fold an A4 size chartpaper and make a cut in the foldedside.it should reach to the centre of the card.

Fold it backwards and forewards as shown.

Push the fold inside the card as shown.The inside should look like this.
Fold the card carefully.

CRAFT STICK TRINKET BOX



Give your table a cosy and enchanting look with this cute crafty box.
you'll need
craft /ice cream sticks
glue





 For the base,Take two sticks and glue sticks to them as shown.

Build the sides using the mechanism of arranging logs i.e glue  sticks on two  sides horizontally and on top of it ,glue in two sticks vertically.                                                  
continue the process until you reach an appropriate height.
For lid, place two sticks vertically and glue in sticks across it.
Decorate the lid of your box in the way you like.

Put your hand inside the sock and push the bottom part inside and sew it in such a way that your hand could be easily inserted.

how to make a kaleidoscope


KALEIDOSCOPE



MATERIALS

three mirror strips(15 cm long and 4 cm wide)
broken bangle pieces
a circular plane glass
coloured cardboard tube
To make a kaleidoscope,join the mirrors to form a prism as shown.
Fix them in a circular cardboard tube or tube of thick chart paper.Make sure that the tube is slightly longer than the mirror strips.close one end of the tube by a card board disc having a hole in the centre through which you can see.To make the disk durable,paste a piece of transparent plastic sheet under the cardboard disc.At the other end,touching the mirrors,fix the circular plane glass platePlace the coloured bangle pieces on this glass plate .close this end of the tube by a ground glass plate.Allow enough space for the colour pieces to move around.YOUR KALEIDOSCOPE IS READY.When you peep through the hole, you'll be able to see a variety of patterns in the tube.
